Paul Crump, CPM®, is the founder of Anchor Real Estate and a seasoned operator in property management and distressed asset environments. With over 17 years of experience, he has led the stabilization and turnaround of complex condominium and multifamily properties, with a focus on financial restructuring and operational discipline.



His career began during the 2008–2009 financial crisis, where he worked alongside institutional lenders and asset managers in REO and foreclosure settings. Paul is known for his ability to bring structure, accountability, and forward momentum to challenging real estate situations.
